What is Sweat19?

At our SWeat19 fitness studio, our ethos is that fitness should make you feel great! No matter what your fitness level, or what kind of a day you’re having, SWeat19 is an opportunity to push your body, challenge your limits mentally and physically, escape the rush of London life and have a really great time!

If you have never stepped into a fitness studio before, or you are training for your 3rd iron man, SWeat19’s doors are open for you to get involved and work out the way that suits you. 

You can find the SWeat19 fitness studio beneath HomeWork Workspace in Southfields. Just come into HomeWork Southfields, and the Front of House team will guide you to the studio, you may even see us joining in the classes and Katie putting us through our paces!

Booking a class is simple! Are you a HomeWork Member? Just head to the events section on the Members’ Portal and select the class you wish to book. Not a HomeWork member? Click here for our events page where you will see a list of all the classes, select a class then simply purchase a ticket. See you there!

Yes absolutely! The studio is available to rent on an hourly or daily basis. The rates are as follows:

£25 per hour – standard booking

£20 per hour – 3+ hours per week

£15 per hour – 5+ hours per week

All equipment for our classes is provided in the studio. You can always bring your own mat for Pilates and Yoga should you wish. We advise that you bring a bottle of water as you will be getting a SWEAT on!


All of our trainers are fully qualified to tailor exercise to meet the needs of pre and post-natal attendees. It is advised that you speak with your doctor first to confirm that you are fit and well enough to participate. Please let your trainer know so that exercises can be adapted to keep you safe.


We love dogs here, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate them in our studio. If you are using the workspace, dogs are welcome under your desk. 


Outside the studio, there are lockers available, please let our front of house team know if you’d like one. We have 2 showers available at HomeWork Southfields. We do not provide towels or toiletries  so please bring with you any shower essentials you might need.

Please aim to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class to get changed, store your belongings in a locker, and prepare for your workout. We understand that sometimes you might run late; the door will be open for you to come in late, please try to do so without disrupting the class.

If circumstances arise where you need to leave classes early, please let your trainer know you will be making a quick exit!


We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you have purchased credits through a package, or if you have bought a one-off credit, the credit will not be reimbursed should you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time or fail to turn up to the class. However, if you cancel before the 12-hour window, your credit will reappear on your account for you to rebook another class.
