HomeWork’s coworking locations are based in residential areas on local high streets. We have sites in Southfields, Fulham and Wandsworth located a walkable distance from Southfields and Fulham Broadway underground stations and Wandsworth Town station.


Our high street location makes us easily accessible by our local communities. With locations within residential areas, all the office amenities you could need are right on your doorstep, with no need to worry about lengthy commutes. We provide you a comfortable setting, a focused environment (and speciality coffee!) all for you to become your best professional self.


Our coworking space features 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, and secure access controls to ensure the safety and security of all members.


Our coworking space offers flexible rental options, including daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Rental periods are only applicable to Fixed Desk memberships, which have a minimum rental period of just one month. Longer rental period can be agreed upon for permanent contracts. 


Our coworking space is suitable for freelancers, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups in various industries.


Our coworking spaces in South West London include high-speed internet, printing and scanning facilities, meeting rooms, a communal kitchen, and more.

You can have short meetings with colleagues and/or guests (whilst being conscious of others working) in the breakout space or collab tables provided. For longer meetings we require you to book one of our meeting rooms. You can book a meeting room here.


We are dog friendly however, this is a shared space so please get in touch with the HomeWork team before bringing your doggy in. You can also read our House Rules for a better understanding. 


Yes. If you’re a member feel free to bring your guest for up to one hour and if your guest wants to join us for more than that, they must then use the “pay as you go” option. If you have booked a meeting room you can have as many guests as the booked room allows at no extra charge.


Yes. You can give us a call to book your tour in advance or you can just turn up and we will show you around. Please do stop by and see us, we’d love to meet you! 


Yes. You can register your business at our address, but we will need to go through some paperwork and it will require a monthly fee. If this is something you would like more information on please get in touch with our team. 


Our team will come round throughout the day to collect any dirty dishes. At the end of the day if you have any cups or dishes on your desk please pass them to a member of staff, or put them into the dishwasher in the self-service kitchen (site dependent).


Yes please. We operate a clear desk policy at HomeWork and ask that you keep your desk as tidy as possible, especially at the end of the day.


Of course, you can leave and come back as much as you like. Our spaces are very safe however unfortunately our insurance policy won’t cover you if anything happens to your belongings at HomeWork so if you would prefer to leave your belongings in a locker or take them with you when you’re popping out, then you’re very welcome to do so.


A flexible workspace is designed to provide individuals and teams with a variety of different environments, places and ways to work. At HomeWork, we’ve got all the amenities of an office that meets the demands of hybrid-working. You can use our workspace as little or as often as you want, where you only pay for what you use.


Spaces are open from 8am – 5:30pm to all members. Customers with a Fixed desk, private office or Flexi Pass are welcome to stay until 7:30pm. We offer access until 10pm at HomeWork Fulham.

HomeWork Southfields is open on Saturday from 9am – 4pm.


Some companies are very happy for you to expense the time you spend at HomeWork but unfortunately, that’s not up to us. We do have an Introduce Us To Your Employerscheme though, click the link here to find out more. We want to be local. ~60% of our members are within a 10 min walk.

We’re small (and cozy). That’s why we have “Home” in our name. A typical WeWork might be 10x the size of one of our sites (we aim for sites around 4000-5000 sq.ft)

We’re truly flexible. There are no onerous sign up terms or deposits and all our services are available in increments as small as 30 minutes!

Community is our cornerstone. We are absolutely passionate about serving the small business community that use our spaces. So we have lots of services dedicated to just that!


First, it makes good commercial use of space, which in today’s market spaces that might otherwise be difficult to fill. Create a community that maximises experience for local residents and generates footfall. It also provides a more stable income that can better absorb the risks of commercial tenants going out of business.


Our capex burden is removed, an opportunity to build brand presence and it provides wider marketing opportunities for the business.

Booking a class is simple! Are you a HomeWork Member? Just head to the events section on the Members’ Portal and select the class you wish to book. Not a HomeWork member? Click here for our events page where you will see a list of all the classes, select a class then simply purchase a ticket. See you there!

Yes, all members that wish to use a phone booth or meeting room should book the space prior to their booking time. Log in to the HomeWork Member’s Portal here and book through the calendar for the date and time you need the space. If you cannot access the portal, let the Front of House team know and we can create the booking for you and set you up on the portal. Our Fixed Desk membership includes phone booth time and a 50% discount on meeting room bookings. Flexi members get 50% off phone booths, and PAYG members pay the standard hourly rate.

Yes absolutely! The studio is available to rent on an hourly or daily basis. The rates are as follows:

£25 per hour – standard booking

£20 per hour – 3+ hours per week

£15 per hour – 5+ hours per week

If you are a personal trainer looking to hire for classes, please reach out to the team who will help you with any queries regarding studio rental via the email address: studio@homeworkworkspace.com


All equipment for our classes is provided in the studio. You can always bring your own mat for Pilates and Yoga should you wish. We advise that you bring a bottle of water as you will be getting a SWEAT on!


All of our trainers are fully qualified to tailor exercise to meet the needs of pre and post-natal attendees. It is advised that you speak with your doctor first to confirm that you are fit and well enough to participate. Please let your trainer know so that exercises can be adapted to keep you safe.


We love dogs here, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate them in our studio. If you are using the workspace, dogs are welcome under your desk. 


Outside the studio, there are lockers available, please let our front of house team know if you’d like one. We have 2 showers available at HomeWork Southfields. We do not provide towels or toiletries  so please bring with you any shower essentials you might need.

Please aim to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class to get changed, store your belongings in a locker, and prepare for your workout. We understand that sometimes you might run late; the door will be open for you to come in late, please try to do so without disrupting the class.

If circumstances arise where you need to leave classes early, please let your trainer know you will be making a quick exit!


We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you have purchased credits through a package, or if you have bought a one-off credit, the credit will not be reimbursed should you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time or fail to turn up to the class. However, if you cancel before the 12-hour window, your credit will reappear on your account for you to rebook another class.


We have 1, 2, 3 and 4 person Private Offices available to rent. These are perfect for solo-entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses. Enjoy all the perks of using a shared workspace with the privacy of having your own office space. Get in touch with us here to find out more.


All of our members have access to superfast wifi, desk space with access to power and USB, access to meeting rooms, access to private phone booths, unlimited speciality filter coffee & tea, printers available to use, and discounted fitness classes at SWeat19. As a member of the HomeWork community, you can also access our Events Calendar where you can connect with our vibrant and diverse community.  Our members have testified to significant changes in their mental health and wellbeing. We hope to alleviate some of the issues of working from home: distractions, feeling isolated, staring at the same four walls, issues with connectivity … the list goes on!

Yes. There is no fixed contract length (unless this has been pre-agreed when you signed up) however, for the Fixed desk members we require a month’s notice. If canceling mid-month, the fee for that month will be worked out pro-rata. Flexi desk members can cancel anytime.


Come to our space and say hello, we are a friendly bunch and will be very happy to meet you, give you a tour and help find the right membership for you. It’s super simple to sign up and become a member – we will just need to get a few details from you!


Pay As You Go – our PAYG clients use and pay for the facilities on the day. 

Flexi  – Our Flexi members use HomeWork one of two ways: either by buying one of our Flexi Passes. These are prepaid day passes and valid for 30 days after first use. Or with a Super Flexi membership where they accrue their days throughout the month and pay for their usage at the end of each calendar month. 

Fixed Desk – our Fixed desk members have their own dedicated desk space. They come in whenever they wish, and their space is reserved exclusively for them. Fixed members enjoy all of our facilities, including 50% off our meeting rooms, unlimited use of our phone booths, free access to networking events, printer and scanning inclusions, locker space, and unlimited specialty filter coffee and tea. Our fixed members can also access one free fitness class per week in our Southfields fitness studio SWeat19

You can hold informal chats with colleagues and friends in our breakout spaces or in the café area. Longer meetings require that you make a booking in our designated meeting rooms. If you have booked a meeting room, you can, of course, have as many guests as the booked room allows. If your friend or colleague would like a desk space, please either book them a desk on your portal or enquire with the reception desk. Fixed desk members can bring a visitor in for free once a month.


Yes, just let us know when you’re going away and we will freeze your contract and simply restart it when you wish to return. For Fixed desk members we’ll need a month’s notice.

Monthly users – There is no fixed contract or minimum term for any of our plans (unless agreed otherwise with a member of the HomeWork team). For Fixed Desk members, you’ll receive an invoice at the start of each month for the month ahead. For Flexi members, you’ll receive an invoice on the 1st of the following month, for the month prior, once usage is known. As a member, you can leave HomeWork anytime, all we ask is that you give us a month’s notice and ensure all outstanding invoices are paid. PAYG payments are taken at reception when you check out at the end of the day.

Yes, you can make or receive phone calls. When taking a call at your desk please ensure you use earphones and the call is no more than 30 minutes long. We also ask that you always keep a pleasant and quiet phone voice, keep your phone on silent and use the phone booths provided for longer, louder and/or private phone calls.


When you arrive at your chosen HomeWork location, our Front of House team will be there to welcome you. Just let the team know that it’s your first time using HomeWork and they will check you in, give you a tour of the space and show you to your desk and/or meeting room/phone booth.
